Brown 1

Brown 1 emerged from having no clear endpoint, existing in an ongoing state of unfinished. In response, the work adopts a more restrained approach, using a limited number of forms to suggest a fragment of larger possibility.

The geometries are positioned at varying angles, resisting alignment and avoiding any stable ground. Rather than resolving into a cohesive structure, the drawing is suspended, holding its elements in a state of axial stasis.

Brown 1 embraces reduction. This shift allows the drawing to move in a different direction, where restraint once again becomes a central generative condition.
